Winky watched Harry, Ron and Hermione walk past feeling uneasy. There had recently been rumors in the kitchens about Harry and Hermione, but she didn't believe them. For one, they wouldn't be able to sneak away to do anything since they were all together everyday, except when they slept. For another, Ron would secretly be angry with Harry if the rumors were true; after all it was obvious, even to Winky that Ron liked Hermione.

Clearing her mind from those thought and thinking she would spy on them later, Winky went out of her hiding spot and went to work.
