Hogsmeade came quickly for all the students. Most were happy t o hang loose, and relax in Hogsmeade. Hermione was waiting for Draco outside in the courtyard. She was wearing a blue shirt, jeans, and had a bandana tied around her hair. Draco was wearing a black muscle shirt and blue jeans.

"C'mon my dear, Hogsmeade awaits!" Draco said with flourish, and Hermione took his arm.

"Alright, you big doofis. As long as you still don't mind being seen with me."

"Of course I would. That's why we're going together."

The two of them walked through Hogsmeade together. Hermione was nervous about being criticized, but Draco strutted around, showing off Hermione. They went into The Three Broomsticks to have a drink.

"Well, what shall the lady have?" Draco asked, and found them a seat by the window. Hermione laughed nervously.

"Draco, stop. I'll just have a butterbeer."

"Well then, so shall I. Madam Rosmerta!" Draco snapped his fingers, and Madam Rosmerta appeared, looking disgruntled.

"Yeeeessss....Mr. Malfoy?"

"Two butterbeers please." Draco held up two fingers. Madam Rosmerta walked away, mumbling to herself. Draco turned away from Rosmerta and faced Hermione.

"So? How is every little thing?"

Hermione opened her mouth to speak, when she paled, and looked as if she was about to faint. Draco looked over his shoulder.

Harry and Katie were having a long snog. Katie was in Harry's lap, and Harry's arms were around her. Hermione was pale, then turned red. She went around to Draco's side of the booth, and crawled into his lap seductively, where Harry and Katie could see it. They stopped long enough to watch.

"Hermione, what the..."

Hermione kissed Draco long and hard. Katie took Harry and kissed him again. Hermione broke off the kiss long enough to see Katie's challenge. She reacted upon it immediately. She took Draco's hands, and they roamed her body as it turned into a full-out snog. Katie gasped, and did the same with Harry.

People were starting to stare. Just then, Ron and Kit walked into the bar. Ron gaped at the four of them.

"Oh, would you please GET A ROOM??"

Harry, Katie, Hermione, and Draco looked up at Ron. Disgusted, he led Kit out of the bar. Hermione looked down embarrassed. Harry looked ashamed. Katie was looking pleased with herself. Draco, sensing Hermione's distress, laid four sickles on the table, and took Hermione out of the bar.

Out in the street, they had no trouble catching up to Ron and Kit. Ron took Kit's hand, and faced the two of them.

"Oh, are you guys finished?" Ron asked coldly, and Kit gave him a Look. He stood his ground.

"Yes we are. And I'm sorry." Draco said, stepping in for Hermione, who was in no condition to talk.

"For what? You only embarrased yourselves in there, not Kit and me." Ron spat, and kept walking. Draco dragged Hermione behind him, and stopped Ron.

"True, but I don't want you two to stop talking to Hermione just because we had a little fun back there. It's not her fault. Katie started it."

"Oh Ron, stop it!." Kit said, and looked at Hermione. "Hermione, Ron's sorry he acted like a jerk. Now, the formalities are over. Can we go do somehting fun now?"

Hermione gave a grateful smile to Kit. "Yea, let's go."

The four of them spent the rest of the day looking at shops, buying things, and Draco had an incident by the Shrieking Shack. All in all, if you minus what happened in the Three Broomsticks, all had a good day. Except Madam Rosmerta.

After Draco and Hermione left the money on the table, Rosmerta came and picked it up. She sighed.

"They're FOUR SICKLES PER BOTTLE!!!" Madam Rosmerta yelled in anguish, and she took her four sickles into the back of the bar, muttering,

"....kids...."
