Hogwarts RPG Name: Sylvannas Quickspeed Sixth | Chapter 13 Margaret Hanger was sitting at her desk in St. Mungo's, typing up her report for the evening. She wanted to get out early, for she had a date. As she typed the last letter, there was a loud pop, and Minerva McGonagal was standing in front of her desk, a young girl on a stretcher.
"Why, Minerva, what on earth are you doing here?"
"Nothing to discuss now. Miss Hermione Granger has suffered a mental collapse, and needs medical attention."
"What was the cause?" Margaret asked, and got out a fresh piece of paper, and slid it into her typewriter.
"Overstressed, and there was physical exhaustion. Poppy says she wasn't eating much."
"That'll do it every time." Margaret said, and summoned an orderly. "Take Miss Granger up to the...oh dear, I'm afraid we don't have a floor for stress."
"Well, can't you make something up? She may need some serious spells and potions!"
"Oh, well then, orderly, take Miss Granger up to the sixth floor."
"Yes Miss Hanger." The orderly replied, and took Hermione away. McGonagal gave Margaret a strange look.
"Margaret, I never had use for it, where is the sixth floor?"
"Above the fifth one Minerva. I'm afraid you walked right into that one." McGonagal gave a courtesy laugh, and then repeated the question. "Well, it's for injuries not caused by wizarding devices. Physical injuries. You know, that sort of thing."
"Oh, I see. Listen Margaret, Miss Granger is going to be having visitors soon-"
"I'm sorry Minerva, but patients on the sixth floor can't have visitors."
"Well, what about on the fifth floor? Can they have them there?"
"There?s nothing in the rules that says they can't, but-"
"Please Margaret, it's a special favor."
"Oh fine." Margaret gave in, and then went to her medicine cabinet. "I need an aspirin."
"You have those?" McGonagal asked, interested.
"Yes, it helps better than any potion I've ever taken."

Hermione was taken to the sixth floor, where two Healers and two nurses were waiting.
"This the patient?" One asked impatiently.
"Yes Mr. Phillips." The orderly said, and went back down the elevator. Phillips looked Hermione over once, and then turned to the nurse.
"Take her to a private room."
"Yes Mr. Phillips." The nurse took Hermione away, and Phillips beckoned the other Healer to come to him.
"John, what do you make of it?"
"Well Frank, she seems fine. An examination wouldn't hurt. Who brought her in?"
"One of the teachers up at the school, Minerva McGonagal."
"Well, get her up here. For now, bed rest for the girl, and have her monitored."

An hour later, Draco and Harry turned up at St. Mungo's. They were no longer arguing. Both were concerned for Hermione. Draco looked around for a Healer.
"Where the bloody hell are they when you need them?"
"Can't you just wait for Dumbledore, Malfoy?"
"Well, excuse me, Potter, but Hermione needs us...well, me anyway, and I need to know she's ok."
Before Harry could retort, Dumbledore appeared, and ended their spat.
"Boys, let's get up to her floor."
Harry and Draco followed Dumbledore to the elevator. They rode it up to the sixth floor, which surprised Harry and Draco. Soon, they were outside Hermione?s room. A Healer was coming out.
"Ah, Mr. Phillips. What's the diagnosis on my pupil?"
"She'll be fine Albus. As long as you lay up on the testing. That poor girl needs at least 5 potions a day, and that's just the beginning."
"Of course Frank. But my tests had nothing to do with her condition. These two were the cause."
Harry and Draco hung their heads.
"Well, make sure nothing like this happens again. She could have been seriously injured."
Healer Phillips left. Dumbledore patted both their backs.
"One at a time, I should think. You go first Mr. Potter."
Harry hesitated, and opened the door to Hermione's room.
