Scarlet was out of breath by the time she got to the school. “Scarlet?! What’s the rush?” A voice asked. She turned and saw her father and holding a stitch in her side said between gasps of breath, “I…need…to…see Dumbledore!” Severus rose an eyebrow. “Why?” Scarlet shot him a look that told him ‘I can’t tell’. “Alright, follow-” Severus began but was cut off by Dumbledore. “Ah, Severus. Miss Snape, I thought you were out with Mr. Potter?” Tears came to Scarlet’s eyes as she looked up at Dumbledore. “Three masked men came and two…two of them took Harry…the third attacked me because I…I tried to save Harry…after they left all I found was…was…” Scarlet got out Harry’s wand then showed it to Severus and Dumbledore. Dumbledore took Harry’s wand then Scarlet sunk to her knees. “I was so stupid! I wanted to explore and asked Harry to go into a dark alley.”

“So no one else can say otherwise of what you say?” Dumbledore asked sounding as if he didn‘t believe her. “Very convenient, I must say.” Severus glared at him. “Are you saying that my daughter is lying?” Scarlet stood up then fell back to her knees grasping her arm. Severus grabbed her then took her down to his office. “That’s what He wanted, wasn’t it?” Severus asked in a low growl. “Why do you care? You despise Potter! I know how you treat him.” Severus pushed Scarlet into his office then slammed the door behind him. Scarlet smirked, “What are you going to do, Father? Attack me? Torture me? There’s nothing you can do to me.”

“I see your not in pain anymore.” Severus said glaring at Scarlet. “I am. Just biting the bullet, so to speak.” Scarlet said sitting down and holding her arm. “You do know what He will do with Potter, don’t you?” Scarlet nodded, “Yes. Try to kill him…now I need to go and have a meeting with him.” Severus sighed then made a port key then counted to three and Scarlet was off.
