Professor Branxton cleaned his glasses with his hankerchief then placed them back on the bridge of his nose before standing up. He carefully pushed his chair back in and straightened his tie and robes before striding to the front of his desk. He stood straight with his hands clasped in front of him as if he were standing at his wedding. "Good afternoon, class. Welcome to potions at Hogwarts. I am Professor Doyle Branxton. You should address me as either Professor Branxton, Sir, or merely Professor. I will not tolerate tardiness nor unruly behavior. Potions can be a very dangerous subject of study and it requires your complete attention at all times. If you cannot conduct yourselves properly I will be forced to ask you to leave.
