Harry, Ron and Hermione were arguing in the hallway.
“We should ask Nick,” Ron said.
“I think we should go to the library,” Hermione reasoned.
Harry sighed and shrugged.
One of the portraits piped up, “I couldn’t help overhearing you talking about the Chamber of Secrets.”
“Do you know anything about it?” Harry asked.
“No, I can’t say I do,” the painting of a Roman era wizard replied, “But I do know this joke about a thestral, a hyppogriff, and a dragon who walk into a bar …”
Harry sighed, while Hermione pulled a reluctant Ron away from the portrait.
