Snape took off the blood caked shirt and burned it. Then, he opened up his closet and took out one of the numerous black shirts. He buttoned it up and then checked to be sure his pants and shoes were free of any evidence of where he had been that morning before walking back down to the study.
Snape walked over to a safe that took up the bottom half of one of the bookcases. It contained all those books which he felt Kristi shouldn't get her hands on until she was older, or maybe even never. Snape muttered a password, and it opened. He took out one of the books and reselaed it. Then, he sat down on the sofa and began to flip through the pages.
