57. Gape
As she was walking steadily towards the lake, Bella noticed an odd sight. Feeling along the edge of the water were the slippery tentacles of the Giant Squid. The students weren’t used to seeing the Giant Squid show itself, and they certainly weren’t used to it coming out of the water.

Bella gaped at the spectacle, and saw a large eye emerge from the lake. It was a bit creepy, and apparently the other students thought so too, since they were screaming and moving away. Bella shrugged and continued down to the lakeside, keeping safely away from the roving tentacle.
