It was Hermione’s copy of Hogwarts, A History. Ron was sure of it because he didn’t think anyone else on the planet owned the book.
“You know we really should read that sometime,” Harry said, walking over and sitting down across from him.
“Why? You think it’s got something that’ll tell us how to turn lead into gold? Or defeat You-know-who?”
“No, but it might shock Hermione so much it’d leave her speechless,” Harry said smiling.
“That’s impossible mate,” Ron answered. They started to laugh.
“Oh, there’s my book,” Hermione said as she sat down with her cup of tea.
