“It’s a ridiculous assignment, Kingsley, and you know it,” Tonks tossed a thick book against the wall out of frustration. She simply groaned when Kingsley plucked it up and tucked it back on the shelf. “Ridiculous. I didn’t become an Auror to guard the likes of Lockhart at a book signing.”

Kingsley nodded at all the right moments. “If it’s changing the world you want, you and I should schedule a meeting. But in the meantime, look at it as a chance to meet the man with the golden smile. I hear he oozes charm.”

Tonks grunted. “He oozes something.”
