Professor Matthias Wenlock had an odd habit of shouting out numbers at the most random times. Katie had never minded it before, but today he had just about snapped her composure.
The Slytherin team had been making their lives miserable all week by following them around and trying to hex them in dark corridors. Her nerves were frazzled enough, and she had taken to walking around with her wand ready.
During a nasty run-in with Flint, Wenlock had showed up and promptly announced, “A three and seven! I’m expecting an invitation for one, eh?”
