"A muggle!!?!" She shouted from her portrait on the wall. "Sirius, how could you? In this house no less."
Sirius rolled his eyes and closed the curtain but that didn't stop Mrs. Black's incessant screaming. "If your father was still alive oooooo you'd be in for a crucio. How can you do this? Do you try to disappoint?"
"Not like I ever really needed to try in the first place."
He gave Hermione a sympathetic smile as they walked away. Mrs Black's hollering fading. Hermione listened to what she could with her ears plugged. "You'll get used to it Hermione."
