Ronald Weasley Drabble Fic – Number 23:
“Telescope”
Ron sat at his desk before potions, bored and waiting for Professor Snape to arrive. Hermione was playing with her hair while Harry doodled in his notebook; Ron shrugged, pulled out his astronomy telescope and began using it to look around.
There’s Trevor…he thought to himself. I wonder if I should tell Neville he’s eating the paste again… Suddenly, his telescope fell on Snape’s greasy, hooked nose; Ron fell out of his chair at the sight.
“Detention, Weasley,” Snape drawled. “And 10 points from Gryffindor, now put that thing away.”
Ron made a face and folded the telescope, grinning nonetheless. |
