Drabble #99- Newspaper

“That despicable woman,” Hermione spat out, looking disgustedly at the morning’s issue of the Daily Prophet.

“Hermione, why are you still reading that rubbish?” Harry asked, gesturing to the newspaper.

“I happen to like to know what’s going on in the world,” she answered pragmatically. She made an angry noise again as her eyes scanned an article.

“Why read about it when the Slytherin’s will probably tell us anyway?” Ron asked grinning and reaching for some hash browns.

“That’s exactly the point, Ron,” Hermione told him exasperatedly. “I’d rather find out on my own, thank you.”

Ron shrugged. “Suit yourself.”
