Post Rupert Grint "capable of shaking off Ron Weasley"

A review for 'Driving Lessons', (Rupert Grint, Julie Walters) featured today in The Scotsman, highlights Grint's ability to pull off a character that isn't Ron Weasley.

Quote:
The film follows the story of Ben, ably played by Rupert Grint, who takes up a summer job with retired actress Evie (Julie Walters) and finds himself learning all about life, love and poetry through camping trips and a visit to the Edinburgh Festival.
Quote:
As Ben, Grint does just enough to suggest he's capable of shaking off the character of Ron Weasley from the Harry Potter films, for which he is best known.

There are a few moments when the shy, awkward teenager resembles the shy, awkward teenage wizard, but they are few and far between, and on the whole it is an excellent performance.
