The 'audtions' as WB would have us call them are very misleading. The first round never actually are strictly speaking auditions. Like with this girl, they make them fill in forms, pose for a camera and that's it.

It's not fair, 'cos like this girl, she was all worked up and so were many others, just to find that WB didn't actually want them to act at all on the day, they said was for 'auditioning'.
