Alright, I've been away for awhile, but now I'm back and willing to try my hand at this. Never written a drabble...

Dobby was sometimes sent to the common rooms to clean and whatnot, to be given a break from the kitchen where the houself seemed to spend most of his time. He couldn't help it though, the place was always warm, and it was almost always assured you'd see a student or two late at night, wereas it wasn't as likely in the common rooms, everyone being asleep.

Today he'd been sent to the Ravenclaw common room, and when he went to go rekindle the fire, he found a watch band, brand new, and adressed to him. Someone had recalled his birthday after all...

Heh, it may be one or two words over. Sorry! Hm, my gifts are Hagrid, butterbeer, and his hut.
