Okay, I'll start off with a poem I wrote several years ago. It's actually a song that I wrote, but I'm afraid I can't sing it to you through the computer. Nautica's Maids
Nautica's maids are fair and sleek;
The sea they call their home.
Amid the fish and coral's peak,
Amid the waves and foam.
Their hair is curled, their faces bright,
They swim with shining fins.
They shimmer with amazing light
And so the tale begins.
They dance about in wat'ry pools
And sing enchanting songs.
They swim along with fishes' schools;
That's where the maids belong.
The golden locks upon their heads,
Their eyes so silv'ry bright
Can charm a man to water's beds
To follow their sweet light.
Don't follow maids to beautiful.
Be warned, sea-fairing men,
Though the maids appear so wonderful,
The sea will be your end.
