The only restriction that allows someone underage to watch a film with an adult is 12A. Otherwise, 12, 15 and 18 mean exactly that; you must be those ages or above to see the film and if you're not, then you're not getting in. Regardless of whether you're with an adult or not. I mean, it wouldn't be ethical to let a 10 year old into a 15 rated film just because they're with mum or dad, you know?
