The US will get a rating of R for sure. But I won't worry too much. Unless you have strict parents, you usually you can see rated R movies as long as you're accompanied by an adult. I'm not sure how the UK works in those situations, though. But it was cited that the problem with the movie was over-use of language. I was suprirsed, but I think they are probably fearing that many young people will see it because it's Ron Weasley, so they probably wanted to caution people. Which is understandable.

As for the release date... I've said it a thousand times and I'll say it again, they are targeted for a late 2006 release which most likely means between September and December. And also the US... it was shown at Tribeca strictly for a US distributor and most likely they will get it. It's just a matter of when we'll hear about it, but you can be sure that ICM will be the first to know.
