*He rubs his chin.* Jessica stared at Mickey, mouth slightly open. She knew it couldn’t be true – It was some sort of nightmare. But Mickey was always so intriguing. She reached out an arm to pat his shoulder.
“You had a nightmare, Mickey,” she assured him as he finally began to focus on Ebony and her. But even as she said so, a desire for excitement grabbed her. She wanted it to be true, and suddenly she found herself believing his story. Then she shook herself – Why was she transforming into someone so unstable? At least, that si what she thought of herself. She took a deep breath.
“Just a nightmare,” she said firmly.
