Rosalie groaned and rolled over. Her back ached from sleeping on the hard floor all night. She missed her bed. Her pajamas. Her kitten. Her head was throbbing, she vaguely remembered her crying and ranting to Whende the night before, but couldn't recal what she had been saying.

Is this what a hangover is like? She thought misserably, and groaned again as she sat upright. With one unsteady hand, she reached up to rub her swollen eyes.

Sleeping a few people away, was Alex. Immediatly, relief flooded her body, her muscles loosened, and she momentarily flopped backwards into her makeshift bed. Thank god... She though with a monumental sigh of relief.

Carefully, Rosalie steped over Whende, Jordana, Ajay, and crouched down next to Alex. Next to his unconsious figure, was Amber. Rosalie fought the beast that was clawing to the surface, the beast that wanted dearly to claw Amber's eyes out.

Squeezing her eyes tightly shut, Rosalie sucked in a deep breath, and calmed herself. You know he wouldn't do anything. Calm down. You don't have to like her, but trust him at least. She coached herself irritably, on the inside, she felt like a basalisk. Rip, tear, kill, BLOOD!

Once the monster was propperly locked away, she brushed some hair from Alex's closed eyes, and pressed a kiss to his cheek.

I'm glad your alright love.... She thought, and came to her feet, heading over to the Slytherin Table for some breakfast.
