"I have some news. Basir came in last night, and reported that Whitefang had been captured. He came as quickly as he could to give us the news. Now, we must decide on our course of action," he said, giving everyone his full attention. He especially gazed at the wizards. "You must share with us details about these Deatheaters. Then, we can decide how best to defeat them," he said, in a serious but calm voice.
Evelyn squealed quietly. "Captured?" she asked, her voice only a whisper. "H-How could this have happened?" she asked, tears coming to her eyes. Then, her head came up quickly. "What about Basir? Is he alright?" she asked, frantic in her fear for her friends.
