Erin came into the classroom and sat in an empty chair by a desk with a book on it. She looked around the room before taking out her book, wand, ink, and quill. She placed them neatly on her desk. She then looked around the room. She didn't see any of her close friends, but she smiled at the other students in the classroom. Then, she lifted up the cover of the book and checked if it belonged to another student. It didn't say who's it was so she just left it where it was. She realized that it would probably be part of the lesson when she saw that some of the other empty desks had books on them too.
