WELCOME TO THE TWENTY THIRD ANNUAL BRITISH ADOPTION FAIR!

The most reputable Great Britain magical creature organizations spanning far and wide have once again come together to hold Britain's largest adoption fair. Held for the first time in Diagon Alley, they've gathered the brightest and fluffiest creatures to potentially inhabit your home and hearts. A plethora of crups and kneazles come from their respectable organizations, Greater London Crup Rescue and Second Chance Kneazles. They along with the pygmy puffs can be the first spotted at the adoption fair. Haylee's Magical Rescue has supplied a wide variety of creatures that can be found beside the crups and kneazles, as well as a few hiding behind the more popular pets, though they're no less interesting.

Found a creature you'd like to make a part of your family? Head over to the adoption stand to fill out an application, and be assisted by one of the the event volunteers. Want to interact with your new pride and joy? Stop by the play area and get in a little bonding before heading home.

The British Ministry of Magic's magical creature department is here to ensure that all safety measures (when it comes to the creatures) have been taken, and they alley's own Magical Menagerie has so graciously supplied the event with toys, food, etc.

For day two of the Beastly Days of Potter we'd like to present you wonderful members with a RP event. Specifically an adoption fair held in Diagon Alley! Come bring any character you'd like to peruse our selection and take one home for their own. We have this nifty quiz for you to fill out should you like one of our pets, no RPing required (though it's much more fun that way). Anyone who fills out the quiz will receive a profile picture of their pet that includes their pet name, birthdate, and a small blurb about them.

FAQ:

Who can play here?
ANYONE. Any and all of your characters can be played at this event so long as they follow DA rules. Students are allowed to play here once the school sorting is open.

Students can play here, but can they adopt a pets too?
So long as school aged children are accompanied by an adult, they can come along and adopt a pet. That being said... the school RPG will be strongly enforcing the IC/OOC rule of ONLY cats/kneazles, rats, toads, owls, and pygmy puffs allowed at Hogwarts, and only one of each per student unless the student has an owl. All other pets having to be pre-approved by the headmistress. If you have further questions about this rule, see her.

How to I receive one of the pets?
By filling out the adoption form. If you'd like to find out about a creature before hand, just ask one of the IC volunteers and they'll supply you with information.

Can I get a pet without taking the quiz?
Nope. The only requirement is that you fill out the quiz in order to adopt.

How many can we adopt?
Only three pets per member. So if you have three character's who'd each like a pet, then you could get them each one. But you cannot have more than three.

So only the creatures listed in each respectable thread are the ones available for adoption? Can we pretend others like firecrabs or winged horses are at this event as well?
Nope. If the creature is not mentioned in the threads, then they're not here at ALL. If you pretend to have a heard of hippogriffs in the center of the event, and they cause a giant stampede causing one of the event hosts to drop their delicious pie, we will delete your post.
