Kay walked up to the office door and hesitated. She reached inside her robes and withdrew a slender package. "Let's see if this will slide under the door," she whispered to herself and got down on her knees.
Just as she was about to slide the flat package under the door, Kay realized that she needed to write some sort of note on it. She took out her Quick-Quotes Quill and dictated a short message. "Professor Lainey, I meant to give this to you at the end of last term," she dictated as the quill made scratching noises on the package. "My great-aunt, Madame Luciana McLaggen, contacted several witches and wizards you knew, and asked for pictures. She told me the pictures were from your days at Hogwarts, Auror school, and when you first started working as an Auror. I told her about what happened to your pictures and she did the rest. I can't wait to see the pictures proudly displayed in your office! ~Kay."
The scratching of the quill ceased and Kay tried to slide the slender package under the door. It was of no use. She then leaned the slender package against the door jamb. "Hopefully she will find it," Kay whispered as she dusted herself off. She looked one last time at the package leaning against the door before heading off down the corridor.
