i got just abit more of the new chapter. Chapter 6- The Perfect Guard
The next few days at the Burrow went past quickly. On the final day of the holiday Mrs. Weasley had told everyone to pack their bags early, so that they could go quickly to the station.
The next day they woke early as a lot of noise came from downstairs.
Harry sat upright and looked at Ron, who had his hands over his ears.
”Morning, what’s all the noise about?” Harry said.
”Ministry, we’re getting to Kings Cross by the ministry cars so they are probably waiting for us… This is our final year, no more school after this year.” Ron said dozily.
”Well, that’s what final year normally means Ronald,” George said walking into Ron’s room.
”Thanks for reminding me, final year, maybe the final one of my life,” Harry said moodily facing the fact that he would have to duel Voldemort sometime or later.
”Sorry Harry, c’mon, lets go down and get something to eat, maybe that will cheer you up. Then we’ll need to set off to Kings Cross.” Ron said apologetically. As they walked down the stairs they noticed that a lot of people were stood still looking at Harry and Ron walking down the stairs.
”Hello,” Harry said trying to make a smile, but it looked like he had been eating something sour.
”Harry, have something to eat…There is some toast ready, eat up…Ron, get changed!” Mrs Weasley.
”But Mum-”
”No buts, get changed, we’ll be leaving in half an hour…the ministry have been kind enough to let us use some cars.” She snapped.
Harry felt sorry for Ron and got a piece of toast and walked up the stairs with Ron.
They all got ready and were in the cars after 20 minutes. Hermione, Ginny and Tonks were in one car and Harry, Ron and Mr. Weasley were in the other followed by the twins and a number of Aurors.
Kings Cross Station was packed and moving was hard, especially in the groups they had to stick with. They arrived at Platform 9 ¾ and Lupin had a word with the trio.
”If any of you get in any danger I want you to contact me as soon as possible, okay?”
”Sure, now we really to get on the train before it leaves.” They walked onto the train and found a empty compartment. They all sat together because Ron and Hermione were not prefects anymore. There was no news on the head boy situation but Bill was saying that the head boy and girl would be announced after the sorting by the new headmaster.
The train ride was uneventful, apart from the fact that Aurors were patrolling the aisles, just in case of any attack.
As darkness filled the sky, the familiar scenery of Hogwarts came into view, with the lake and forest. Strangely enough, a red light was glowing at the castle entrance. Everyone got of at Hogsmeade Station and met the usual sound of Hagrid shouting “Firs’ Years, come this way.” He smiled at Harry as they walked past. They got on the horseless carriages and were at the Hogwarts grounds in no time. Right now, Harry knew what Hagrid what happy about. One at each gate, standing tall, they were the perfect guards.
So...hmm...I just wrote this up so, i d'no weather its good or not, but seeing as its 12.40 AM my head is spinning and im going to sleep. Hope ya like.
