She says something; I bite my tongue.
He points at me; I bite my tongue.
I bite my tongue all day long,
How long will it take you to notice?


He pushes another person; I bite my tongue.
He harasses others; I bite my tongue.
I bite my tongue all day long,
How long will it take you to notice?


She “barrows” my things with out asking; I bite my tongue.
She claims to be my friend; I bite my tongue.
I bite my tongue all day long,
How long will it take you to notice?


He starts a rumor about my friend; I bite my tongue.
She steals another person’s watch; I bite my tongue.
I bite my tongue all day long,
How long will it take you to notice?


She uses me; I bite my tongue.
He smiles at me; I bite my tongue.
I bite my tongue all day long,
How long will it take you to notice?


Then one day I look in the mirror
I see the blood running from my mouth.
I bit my tongue all day long,
They never even noticed.
