Erica took a much slower time than usual completing the last of the essay questions and instead of just jumping right into the oral questions as a couple of the students had, she double and triple checked all of her essay questions to make sure she was absolutely satisfied with them before continuing. The permenance associated with the number 7 is directly related to its ability to hold against any spells that wish to reverse its effects. Because of its property concerning permenance, any attempts to reverse or break it would be much more difficult than with any other number, including the number 6.
The longevity associated with the number 6 relates to its lack of dependency in relation to time. Spells/objects with this number property would still decay, but at a much slower rate than compared with other numbers. It should be noted, though, that both numbers 6 and 7 would still be able to decay if left to their own devices and not were properly maintained and reinforced.
When that was done, she turned her attention to the other section of the final, seemingly dominated by Nadia. No real surprise there. And seeing as how Nadia had covered everything that Erica was going to say anyway, she just waited for the last of the oral questions.
