Uhm...I think earlier days, would have worked better, though I understand you'd worry you were giving something away too soon, you have to also realize that the reader is reading Sirius' thoughts and if he doubts something...so will the reader... *grins wickedly* POV means POV. I see what you let me see. It's my favorite trick of JKR's. I fall for it everytime.
