Professor Fox stared at the papers before him. Sighing, he leaned back in his chair only to be interrupted by a voice coming from his desk. Opening his desk drawer, he sighed, hearing a familiarly gruff voice saying, "Lesley, how are things coming on your end? Are you getting anywhere?" He sighed, and responded, "Yes Milagor, I've been working on it since I got here. I'm not making much progress though, it's nearly impossible to get any information out of them." He briefly checked the nearby clock before continuing. "Look Milagor, I have to go soon. I've been working on it, but I just don't think anything's there. If there were, I would have discovered it by now." He sighed, and opened the drawer again. "I will talk to you later once I've actually found something," he said, putting the mirror in his desk. He then stood up and went back to his blackboard. |
