You know, it's kind of weird. HP Lexicon is quite the reliable site, but it seems like everyone and their mother knew that it would be Regulas Black, so it's kind of disappointing in that way. But then, JKR herself said she wouldn't really be introducing any new characters in book 7, just learn about people we've heard about before. So it makes sense...
