"Okay, Professor Virohsa," responded Kay. She approached the first table and gathered the rocks that were scattered on the tabletop, placing the rocks in a collection container. Then she looked beneath the table and collected the rocks that were scattered about the floor. These rocks were also placed in the container. Before moving on to the next table, Kay carefully scanned the area, making sure that no rocks had been left behind. Satisfied that she found all of them, she moved on to the next table.
