Upon hearing Nadia's reply to Professor Perry's question, Kay realized it was her turn to speak. "Professor Perry, sir. My favorite rule happens to be the rule that prohibits loitering between classes. I strongly believe that students should be prompt in arriving to class on time and that loitering between classes allows students to get into mischief. When students get into mischief between classes, professors lose valuable instructional time because they have to discipline the rule-breakers. Also, those who loiter between classes have a tendency to show up tardy to a lesson and disrupt the educational process."
