It's only showing the second floor, but it can be assumed the the downstairs level has a somewhat similar layout.
The study wings on the right and left can be accessed by either of the bedrooms that it adjoins.
The living room area height spans the height of the entire estate and has a domed vaulted ceiling. So the living room area is this huge empty space, more or less, at least vertically. In other words, the center of the estate is emptiness and all the rooms and whatnot surround that octagonal space.
The indoor balcony surrounds the inner circumference of the second floor and the walls of the balcony are filled with books and it is on the second floor and it is what divides the first from the second floor and can be reached by taking the stairs. The balcony is like an octagonal-shaped hallway that curves around. From the balcony-hallway, one can access the second floor rooms - the bedrooms, studies, bathrooms, etc.
