Hogwarts RPG Name: Ottery St. Catchpole Gryffindor Third Year | Ottery taking a scalpel to good poetry since he'd been read Mother Goose Paris & Kellybear r luv :Read Otty 's fics:Gone With the Wind:I♥Rupert Hey Aria...it's Ottery... ...so I was down here and I was like. "I don't read enough poetry." Probably because I hate it so much...it sounds nice, don't get me wrong, just ask me to give you the meaning or do an analysis of a short poem, and I'd just rather write a paper on a novel thanks much. So Here's what I loved...dissected for your cringing pleasure... Quote:

While I can honestly say love has never made me rot...I can say I've been there for the rest... so, besides it sounded nice, and it got my attention. Quote:
My heart still is ripping, ripping in the silence of my darkest hour, whilst in a love affair that has me devoured.

We will protect you on this dark night. Hush, Hush little girl. We wont let you get hurt. But this was a lie that I should have seen from the start.
Nice imagery...the ripping heart, and I love how it sounds 'in the silence of my darkest hour' I'm all jealous...and 'we will protect you on this dark night'...who? Who? You know it can't be anyone good. I liked that. Quote:
How can you help me? How can you care? When the one I love most wouldn't even dare.
Aint it the truth... Quote:
I've tried to hush. I've tried to sleep, but this love has done such awful things to me. Its made me feel, but these feelings must be kept in and I wonder why I even bother to live. ...you have no reason to weep in the night.
I liked that...'this love has done such awful things to me.' and 'you have no reason to weep in the night' but I do...sorry I mean...it sounded really good, nice work. Quote: I love someone who would rather me be dead. Ottery's advice is ditch that zero and get yourself with a hero...word.
