It just doesn't make sense at all. Alex - Charlie says he was cut yet Richard - Bill wasn't yet arguably Charlie's role as dragon tamer/worker is more important. You can't just switch character's occupations around. Perhaps they're hoping no-one will notice, but Alex & Richard/Charlie & Bill look completely different. Not to mention in PS Ron even says Charlie works in Romania with Dragons.
