But being 'weird' doesn't make them dangerous and besides, they're meant for children. The jokes are obviously for kids. Fiction should be fun, not just educational. Reading, in itself, is very educational. My 8 year old brother reads them and as a result, creates his own comic books. So, Cpt. Underpants IS a good thing. It has also made him want to be an author.
