Rose's thoughts and emotions were in turmoil to say the least. Hear she was traversing to up the muddy, and chilly path to meet her blind date at the shrieking shack of all places. Why oh why had she thrown her name on a piece of parchment into Diamond's hat in the lion's den? She didn't know who she was meeting or if it was a guy she knew or someone in another year, and adding the scary shack to the list didn't exactly make Rose less nervous.
When the shrieking shack came in to view Rose slowed down her pace and pulled her cap down further over her black locks against the wind. Shivering the fifthe year lions pulled her red and gold scarf closer to her face as she waited for her mystery date to appear. Please oh please let this person be someone she could talk to, and not dislike at first exchange of words.
