Thinking about that made him miss Vera and Vasco; Vera must be having fun still at that University in Venezuela and Vasco… Vi tried not to turn into a grump at the thought of his brother learning to make all those sweets without him.
{“Is Emi coming to see you today?”} With a sort of mild horror, the Italian-born realised he hadn’t checked with Vesper about a potential visit from her partner. {“It’s okay if they do, I’ll just be out of your hair… after I tell Emi to not hog you for the entire weekend.”} Grinning cheekily, he wrenched the door to the Broomsticks open with his other hand and allowed Vesp to go through first.
