Should read 'tag' as there is only the current Ministry employee tag

so only new to the Ministry members will see any tag appearing in their postbit. It looks like there was a small oversight in the wording following the implementation of the five Ministry characters, which was the last time any major changes were made to how Ministry tags appear in postbits.
