That was the case for this girl as well. If she paid attention a little more, perhaps she wouldn't constantly get herself all turned about and lost. Yet.. getting herself lost all about the castle and the grounds had already proven itself to be of some true use to her. This was how she had come across a few interesting spots that had been more than worth the time spent at them exploring.
"Val!" Gabs giggled, throwing her arms about her new friends shoulders in the form of a returned squish. "I think that would depend on where you're heading." If it were back to their common room than Valerie was going the correct way. "Ummm.. I meant to go to the owlery to send some letters off... But I may have gotten a little sidetracked." One of her hands was waved casually at the statue she was still standing near. As for her friends close proximity, this girl didn't mind it. "Do you want to come along with me?.. Then maybe we can find something fun to do?" It was so fantastic having a dorm mate that she got along with right away!
