Emma was feeling completely down on herself. She was normally an extraordinary student but her focus was all off this year. At the plus side she got the experience of filling as seeker and even managed to catch the snitch too. Although overall Hufflepuff didn't win the quidditch cup, she felt she had some contribution to not being dead last. Something she felt responsible for in the house cup where they were dead last. Even though she knew it was very much a group effort, she felt to blame.
Finding a seat in the middle of the puffer table, the blond rested her head in her arms feeling anything and everything all at once in that moment. She wished she had an older sister to talk to because these feelings ... were a lot. Everything was changing and while two years ago she wanted this, now it just seemed to all be happening too fast. Maybe if she closed her eyes and when she awoke - things would be normal again. Whatever normal was.
