Good thing they were friends and she knew he didn't mean it at all.
Welp, she did like sloths so he's lucky for that. But she wasn't slow! She would fight him on this fact.. or well.. race him? "I will because it's true." She was a fan but Vi didn't need to know that. As for him being overconfident, yesssss he was! Just like her. "That would be epic! Maybe over break?" Her parents wouldn't mind at all, she was making friends and they always promoted friendships. Unlike his sister, this girl was going to need those subtitles, at least for a little while longer. A smirk tugged at Amph's lips. "Oooh, tough guy," she teased, giggling. The first year picked up her own pace so she was side-by-side with Viano and walked up to the boarded window too. There was no way she going to be left behind!
Oh, very original, Amph
Nope, Vi never meant a ‘mean’ comment towards those that he was friendly with. Unless they annoyed him or did him wrong big time.
Fight or race, regardless of what was chosen, Vi was confident he would dominate. Regarding her comment about his hair, he playfully rolled his eyes. “Okay. Again… if you say so.” Was he being insufferable? Maybe a little. “Whenever you’re ready. My papas wouldn’t mind.” Like Amphs’, they would be pleased he had made friends. He knew that Vesp wouldn’t mind either, even if she had to share his attention with someone else over the holidays. “Sempre!’’ {Always!} And now that they were at the boarded up window, Viano was busy examining it for any cracks. There was one, where it seemed a piece of wood had rotted off so he peered into the dark. “Amph! Look! It’s a ghost we haven’t seen up at the Castle!” There wasn’t actually any ghost but hey, he was a prankster. |
