Hmm? What was this? Darn it. She had been saying the spell all wrong. Bry listened more closely to Professor Khanna this time, repeating the spell first in her head. Nod nod, Sir. "‘Pay ruh’ and not ‘pe re’, I think I got it now..." She cleared her throat first. “KAR-pay ruh-TRACK-tum." That was it! Bry gave Khanna a bright smile. This was much better than what she had been saying. Annnnnd now that she had the first spell done she could move on to the next one. The pumpkin head jinx. That wasn't a difficult one.
"MEL-oh-fors, MEL-oh-fors... Melofors." Yup, this one was much easier. Not as easy as the last one. Pullus, the target to chickens spell. "PULL-us, pullus." Why couldn't all spells be that easy to say? Now for those wand movements, pointing and V shapes were super simple. What did take time however... Was putting the two together. If she was able to get the spells to work when she needed them, this girl would be in her glory.
The time was coming to find out. They were going into the fortress! Not all at once but.. alone or with a partner. Bright blue eyes immediately went to Ary and Drake and everyone else very close to her. She wouldn't at all be upset if her Ary wanted to work with Drake today, she was doing loads better with sharing him during lessons. However that meant...
"If anyone would like to join me, I wouldn't mind at all." She'd also be okay with doing this alone.. maybe. As the rules of how to handle the situation inside the fortress were given, Bry did listen closely, nodding her blonde head. Using the spells to 'take out' the Erklings didn't sound too tough. Especially with the incentive of getting the most 'coins' so she wouldn't have to write that paper!
When it was her turn, Bry got to her feet and made her way towards the fortress leaving her things beside her seat. As she stepped her side her fingers quickly found her wand. Merlin please be on her side... Erklings were everywhere!
