We can now move on to the aspect a lot of you are keen on.” Especially you, Mr. Wild. “The fortress.” They gestured unnecessarily to the structure behind them. “You are to enter it, either on your own or with a partner. Once inside, you are free to choose your own path as there are many corridors and rooms within. The creatures in there, of course, are Erkling replicas.” There were no real ones as they could potentially wreak havoc.

“The ‘Erklings’ will attempt to ‘harm’ you by catching you in a bear hug, using high pitched cackles to draw you to them or shooting darts at you. Your goal? To rid the fortress of as many Erklings as you can using the spells practised earlier, or any other spells that, in your opinion, would be useful.” So there were plenty of choices to work with! “Each time an ‘Erkling’ is taken out, it is replaced by a plain gold coin roughly the size of a Galleon which appears mid air. You are to collect these coins as they are to be presented to me at the end of the lesson. The student with the most coins is excused from writing the two foot long essay on Erklings as homework which is due next Monday.” That prize ought to make each student try their very best at the task Dhruv hoped.

“Right. You may leave your belongings right where you’re seated. Then you’re free to enter the Castle in an orderly manner. When your time is up, all the Erklings will vanish and I’ll give you a shout to let you know you can exit the fortress.” AKA Dhruv’ll make use of the Voice Magnification Charm. “Off you go!”
