With his mind on the letter he was going to write to his parents JT wasn't exactly the most observant as he stepped into the common room. He did however become more alert to his surroundings when he saw a slightly older girl Gillyweed if he wasn't misremembering moving around as if she was looking for something.
Curious now this brown haired snake boy started to really look around too, making big eyes as he took in the sight of the usually cheerful house banners now all charcoled and limp. "Who did this? What has happened? Why? This is so weird." JT said loudly as he moved over to inspect the bleached out cushions on the sofas.
