Rose was off to a late start, but that didn't mean she didn't have time to finish. While yes this was ranked as a difficult potion, it was mostly because there was a lot of tedious steps involved. Although the rapid color changes made it easy to quickly visualize whether you were on the right page or not. She did admit though that perhaps the mushy apple wasn't the best analogy but it seemed to be working judging from the color changing to red. There was Beauden making his way through the steps as well - she did admit that he made it look wildly effortless other than all the various steps, but the mandrake shaking he made look effortless. Tedious - that's why the potion difficult.

She did think that Nadia too was doing a great job keeping up, even she noted the struggle in her face, her potion was looking great so far. She smiled encouragingly for her to keep pressing onward. Include Aryan in the encouragement nods, because she did note his facial expressions even if he didn't voice anything.

"We're on the home stretch. You're all doing great!!" Professor Adara voiced to all, as the final set of instructions appeared.
15.Add powdered*porcupine quills*until the potion turns white. (Add exactly 7 drops)
16. Lower the flames and simmer for seven minutes
17. Stir 7 times CCW
18. Add*syrup of hellebore*until the potion turns turquoise.
"Now ... if your potion looks as it should, you may try a sample and see if you feel any calmer. Before you do so, please place some in a vial with your name and house on it. The worse that could happen is you'll fall into a deep sleep, but fortunately I have the antidote to revive you before you next lessons." She paused. "Also please only sample your own potions."

ooc: final steps, including bottling a sample and trying a sample if you dare. You'll have roughly 48 hours to catch up / finish / ask any lingering questions ... Thanks again for your participation
