"Not necessarily a certain number of minutes, because vigorous means certain things for different people." Some people were definitely more ... heavy-handed. "But going more on appearance here. So it could be anywhere from one minute to ten minutes.... the appearance should be bruised, mushy ... think if you were take an apple and shake it until it bruised or cracked. That's the sort of appearance going for." She did have an example somewhere. Fetching a jar from the bookshelf, she held it up. "Good question, thank you"

ooc: not a very good picture lol, but think of when if you put an apple or some other hard fruit in a jar and shake it up really fast until it cracks. Going for the mushy look here. Anyway, hope that helps <3
