| YesJess! | Captain Goggles | Mama Badger | Eva's Soul Sister | An OG™ | It's all in the Numbers As it was a difficult potion, Professor Adara was going to do her best to keep the students on track with their potion brewing. Although she was never one to micromanage, she still wanted to scrutinize their efforts enough to keep them somewhat on the right page. Although looking up at the instructions she realized the error she'd already made, which was in third step not telling which way to stir, although data was non-conclusive as to if it made a difference in the early stages and was more crucial step right before the hellebore was added. Noting how intentional Beauden was being, her gaze moved onto Aryan next, the colour changes making it easy to see that things were moving along as they should. The pink shade definitely reminded of her of Chloe, thinking how it was always a favorite colour of her eldest child. Alyssa too was meticulous, and Nadia got extra nods of approval having double checked the cleanliness of her measuring tools before beginning. While she hadn't mentioned it, those were always good practices to follow. "So usually I specify this, but for the third step of stirring twice, this particular potion is particular towards the end of which way to stir, but whichever way you happened to stir for this step should be fine as long as both stirs were in the same direction. If you have a nice bubblegum pink shade, then you should be good to go. Otherwise I'd recommend starting over before you get too far ahead." She was surprised no one had asked, but figured she ought to clarify anyway just for confusion.
Onto some more steps... 6. Shake*stewed mandrake*vigorously until they are ready and then add one and the potion should turn red
7. Stir CW until the potion turns orange.
8. Add another stewed mandrake until the potion turns yellow
9. Stir CCW until the potion turns green.
10. Add another stewed mandrake until the potion turns turquoise
11. Allow to simmer till the potion turns purple.
12. Add 7g powdered*unicorn horn*until the potion turns pink.
13. Stir CW until the potion turns red.
14. Allow to simmer until the potion turns orange. ooc: thanks for bearing me with me. I'll post the rest of the steps tomorrow. Again, feel free to catchup and go at your own pace, dividing as you need... CW = clockwise; CCW = Counterclockwise. Thanks to Kat for reminding me to add this in
